Cleaning & Stain Reduction

Time, weather, and wear all leave their mark. Our cleaning process focuses on lifting dirt, reducing staining, and refreshing felt while preserving its natural texture and finish.

Not all stains can be removed completely — and we’re honest about that. Our goal is improvement, balance, and longevity, not erasing the life a hat has lived.

Reshaping & Reblocking

Over time, hats lose their shape. Brims warp, crowns soften, and proportions shift. Through controlled steam and proper blocking, we can often bring a hat back to its intended form.

Reblocking restores structure and balance while respecting the original style. We don’t force hats into trends — we return them to what they were meant to be.

Sweatband Repair & Replacement

The sweatband is the foundation of comfort and fit. When it dries out, cracks, or fails, the entire hat suffers.

We repair or replace sweatbands using quality materials and careful stitching, ensuring the hat fits properly and wears comfortably again — without altering its character.

Brim Shaping & Finishing

A brim affects more than appearance — it changes balance, wear, and how a hat frames the face.

We correct uneven brims, refine edges, and restore proper shape using traditional tools and techniques. Subtle adjustments often make the biggest difference.
